Day at the Beach Necklace
Pendant necklace with elements in silver and gold
A pretty shell, a sea glass in a special hue - and all these blues of the ocean. That is what I was thinking about when I created this necklace. The different elements dangle on a sterling silver circle with a drop of yellow gold. They move about happily on your neck wherever you go. The necklace belongs to my collection "Storyline". Each piece is made with a special moment in mind.
The beads are made of sterling silver with gold elements. I used a special shard of blue sea glass and a pretty shell. The sparkling iolite gemstones represent the shining water of the sea.
Sea glass - the gem from the ocean - takes dozens and even hundreds of years, to acquire its characteristic texture and round shape. Tumbled by the waves, the glass loses its shiny surface and slowly gets the frosted look that makes it so unique. Sea glass is considered rare all over the world.
